A set of prints from each participating NWCCC member club travels from club to club (within their circuit) during the winter/spring months, where they are judged then sent on to the next club. The juried finalists are based on the total number of votes by that circuit’s participating clubs. After the juried circuit is completed, these images are judged an independent judge(s) for the final results. All prints accepted during the juried round are displayed and awards are announced at the fall conference.
